Valerie is the heart of Tidy Plumbing’s operations—managing calls, scheduling, networking, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. With a lifelong connection to the plumbing world, she grew up helping in her father’s plumbing company as an assistant administrator, where she first developed a love for the trade. As a child, she even had her own plumbing uniform and pretend drain-cleaning business, fully expecting to become a plumber one day.
While her path led her toward the administrative and business side of things, her passion for the plumbing industry never faded. With prior experience as a business owner and a natural love for connecting with people, Valerie thrives on the social side of running a family business. Today, she’s proud to work alongside her husband Chris, helping make their shared dream of owning a plumbing company a reality—serving the community with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.

Founded in 2024, we bring nearly 20 years of hands-on plumbing experience to homes and businesses throughout Prineville, Redmond, and Bend. Chris, our skilled and licensed plumber, handles every job with precision and care, while Valerie keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes with prompt scheduling and clear communication.
