Bio

From my earliest years as a multi-sport athlete through my time as a college athlete, I’ve been passionate about movement, fitness, and understanding how the human body works. That passion led me to earn a degree in Health Promotion and Nutrition, and after graduation, I found my true calling as a personal trainer, mobility specialist, and holistic health coach. For over 25 years, I’ve been helping people move better, get stronger, and feel their best.

For the past 17 years, I’ve been the proud owner of inMotion Training Studio, where I’ve built a community focused on strength, mobility, longevity and nutrition. My mission is to help people—especially those over 40—navigate the changes that come with aging, so they can stay active, injury-free, and strong for life.

I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when the strategies that once worked stop delivering results. After 40, our bodies change—hormones shift, muscle mass declines, energy levels fluctuate, and what once felt easy can become an uphill battle. I’ve been in your shoes, navigating my own struggles with weight, metabolism, injuries, and the realities of midlife. That’s why I became a Certified Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Coach—to help people just like you take back control of their health.

To address these challenges, I developed the M7 Movement Method, a science-backed system that focuses on goal setting, mobility, strength, metabolic conditioning, movement for longevity, accountability, and smart nutrition. At inMotion, we offer small group personal training, mobility classes, assisted stretching, and personalized coaching designed to support midlife health and beyond.

There’s no greater feeling than seeing a client light up when they say, “I feel strong again!”, fit into their favorite jeans, or finally get off pain medication and move freely. That’s why I do this—helping people reclaim their strength, mobility, and confidence is what drives me every day.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me soaking up the beauty of Bend, OR, enjoying the outdoors with my husband and our two crazy but lovable bulldogs and playing sand volleyball when my body lets me. I believe in balance, which means I’m just as passionate about good food, a delicious RPM or Strata (come on we live in Bend), and spending time with my crazy friends. Life is meant to be lived inMotion—and I’m here to help you do just that!
