Bio
I help lead marketing strategy, business development, and community engagement for Sierra James Construction, with a special focus on Disaster Restoration and the Multifamily sectors. My role is equal parts relationship builder, brand advocate, strategic connector, and professional plate-spinner. I help connect the pieces between complex construction services and clear solutions, while building genuine, long-term partnerships that keep Sierra James connected to the Central Oregon communities we serve.
I believe the best marketing doesn't even feel like marketing; it feels like being helpful, connecting the right people, and following through. This approach carries into my involvement as Chair of the Central Oregon Council of Multifamily NW, a Bend Chamber Ambassador, and an active member of the local HOA and business communities.
Born and raised in Prineville, determination and follow-through are deeply personal to me. I earned my degree magna cum laude while working full time and raising my family. That was an experience that strengthened my ability to perform under pressure, manage a lot of moving pieces, and get things done. Whether I'm developing a new partnership, supporting a community initiative, or helping Sierra James' position for its next stage of growth, I bring energy, empathy, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.
