Bio
With a foundation shaped by the service values he learned during his career at The Ritz-Carlton, Geoff specializes in designing world class, custom event experiences that bring people together and are guaranteed to be fun.
In 2009, he co-founded R&D Events, transforming a $500 investment into a $5 million business in just five years. Along the way, the R&D Events team produced more than 2,500 events across 38 states and three countries, creating original, high-impact experiences that did more than entertain—they energized teams, strengthened connections, and brought people together.
In 2019, Geoff launched Ridgeline Experiences, a custom event company focused on strengthening company culture and building high-performing teams through unforgettable shared experiences.
Over the past two decades, Geoff has designed everything from custom giveback experiences across the Hawaiian Islands to an Amazing Race-style scavenger hunt through London and a one-of-a-kind game show that awarded more than $1 million in prizes.
Known throughout the event industry as the “Director of Fun,” Geoff now brings his experience, energy, and creative vision to Bend, where his goal is to design meaningful experiences that engage, connect, and inspire the people in his own community.
